Gwendolyn Collins-Greenup
Owner and Managing Member
Gwendolyn Collins-Greenup is the owner and managing member of Greenup Law, L.L.C., a boutique law firm and title company based in Baton Rouge, serving clients throughout Louisiana. Her practice is focused on real estate and business matters, helping property owners and business owners protect what they’ve built—and what comes next.
Her work includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, title services, business formation and advising, and estate planning and successions, particularly where property and business interests are involved. She regularly advises business owners through ongoing counsel relationships, providing practical guidance as their businesses grow and evolve. She also represents clients in real estate and business-related disputes in Louisiana state and federal courts. She has additional experience handling employment, tax, personal injury, and other civil litigation matters.
Gwen graduated with honors from Southern University Law Center, where she served as a student attorney in the Low-Income Taxpayers' Clinic, earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing, and obtained an Heirs' Property Certification. She also holds advanced degrees in accounting, human services counseling, and divinity from Liberty University. Gwen is past president of Baton Rouge Independent Title Attorneys, active in bar leadership, a 2021 LSBA LIFT Fellow, and was selected to the Rising Stars list for 2026 as determined by Super Lawyers.
